There are not enough words to describe this establishment. Vaughn is so calm and patience. He answers any question you have. He's so quick to respond. He made this whole process as peaceful as he could. Trust me when I say I am scattered person, he was able to keep all of my thoughts organized and flowing through the whole process. I wish there were 10 stars. All of life story's employees were always a pleasure. It is unfortunate to need Vaughn, but I am so glad I had him.

The only thing I would suggest, is a better proofing process for obituaries and printed goods. Life Story Funeral Home served my aunt a few months ago & they did great. However, when we read the obituary and printed goods it was just 1 small typo that made a difference. I understand most of the time the family will proof and approve these items however, the typo was in the maiden name of the decedent and is the last name of many of her survivors only his was misspelled. Not a huge deal, again everything else was great. Thank you again for handling my family with such care.
