Connor Primeau traveled from Traverse City to the Brutus Friendship Center to meet with me about health insurance. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me, guided me, to the best plan for my needs. Such a relief to have this done before January! He was really organized and has answered all my questions. I have called him with a few questions and very prompt calling me back. I will recommend Connor and this company to others. The only thing I would change is I would like to have been given a business card with his name on it (so I know how to spell it correctly.)
Had complex situation that was satisfied after Connor Gave us absolute help. We are very pleased with his service. Went out of his way to be helpful. And traveled out of the way to come to be at our home. All this during snow storm.
