My wife and I walked in the store not knowing anything about the gifted pipes I received from my nephew and we were treated with the upmost respect, even though we knew nothing about bagpipes. The staff took time to explain in depth on what we had and showed us the good and bad. We were never pressured to make a purchase and were given alternatives ways to proceed. One of the most pleasurable experiences I have ever had with a business. These are the people I will spend my money with and so should you.
Could not be more pleased with my online ordering experience. I live in Alaska and the items came quickly and arrived in perfect condition. If you have an online order, this company will treat you right and put some extra touches in the package. If you need an item this company sells, I highly recommend ordering.
I was introduced to Henderson’s by Matt Willis, a bagpipe instructor in Carrollton, TX (and his very educational YouTube channel). I purchased a practice chanter and misc. supplies from Henderson’s and was impressed with the customer service. After learning a few tunes, I decided to order my first set of highland bagpipes from Henderson’s. I called Kate on Oct 9, 2023, and I have to say that she is the very definition of best-in-class customer service, helpfulness and product knowledge when helping me decide on the brand and design of the pipes and all needed supplies.
