We have had two experiences with Floor Covering Brokers, both of which have been remarkable. From the sales floor to the final walk-through after installation, this company sets the standard for excellent customer service, quality products, and expert installation. We primarily worked with Kim (sales) and Douglass (install) and I cannot say enough about their communicative and thorough work. We will use them for all of our flooring needs going forward. The photo you see is when they paused installation due to an unexpected beam issue that would have created an uneven carpet installation. Our house in town is 135 years old so it was not the easiest to install flooring. But Charlie at Floor Covering Brokers worked diligently to come.up with an acceptable solution! We will be back and will recommend her to everyone in need of flooring!
