I called Floodman a couple hours after power was restored to N. Michigan after being out for 4 days because my sump pump failed and my basement flooded. I'm sure I was one of thousands who discovered water/plumbing/heating issues after the storm. I don't know how they did it, but they got someone out to my house an hour later and he was able to pump out a foot of water and get my pump working again. I don't know how they were able to prioritize me, but I'm so happy I found these guys!

Floodman was a lifesaver! I had a terrible ceiling leak, and they responded quickly, assessed the damage thoroughly, and took immediate action to prevent further issues. Not only did they expertly handle the water damage, but they also walked me through the entire insurance process, making a stressful situation so much easier. Their professionalism, expertise, and genuine care were outstanding. Highly recommend!

What a easy process to have these guys come do a job. I was given 3 options for mold removal all with pricing. Never pushed for one over the other. Did a wonderful job and definitely recommend these guys. Fair honest and get the job done.
