“I was introduced to the 45th team for a bigger kitchen project. I liked how knowledgable but curious their team was to do the job right, that I asked them to come do some other more complicated electrical work in our very old home. Stephen and his team were great for so many reasons!
1. Super responsive and prompt: I never went more than 12 hours with getting a response on a question or coordinating the appointment. 12 hours was honestly the longest and that was because it was the weekend!
2. Clarity in pricing: our old home had literal wires crossed causing lots of light switches to turn off power in other areas of the home. We knew this might take time to figure out, even with the best electrician. Stephen was upfront on how he felt would be the best way to bill us for this time so we weren't overpaying or so that he wouldn't have to add time/spend if it took longer.
3. Speed and quality: his team showed up right on time the day of the appointment, got right to work, and finished sooner than expected. Everything has been working fantastically since the 45th team came to untangle the wiring mess. And our new light fixtures also look so good!
