I called at 4:56 PM, desperate for someone to help figure out why we lost power to our well pump. The manager took my call on his personal phone and lined up an electrician to come out. It is now 6:05 PM and Josh has been to our house, able to troubleshoot the issue, and complete the work. Talk about AMAZING! From my first call to Top Line to the finished service call, the courtesy, service, and efficiency displayed by everyone I dealt with was exceptional. Not only was I given the option to have an immediate response, but informed it would incur overtime charges, or waiting until Monday, the final bill was far less than the worst case scenario estimate I was given. During the repair, my options were clearly explained to me and it was completed much more quickly that I expected.
