I trust this company and would highly recommend them to my loved ones. Jim and I had a solid 20 min conversation about my water heater. He really took the time to answer all of my questions. The price was right and it was refreshing to not feel taken advantage of as a woman. My service guy, Dan showed up right on time with an upbeat attitude and the utmost professionalism. If you're like me and try to support local businesses as much as possible, I can't say enough good things about this team!
