I have never felt more comfortable leaving my hair in the fate of another. Collette not only gave me the best scalp massage I've ever had, but I have crazy long finicky hair that isn't fun to cut and she did wonders with it. Instead of jumping right into some set routine, she listened to what I had to say about past cuts, layers, bangs and what I was really looking to get out of this one. I will never go anywhere else. The price was reasonable and the atmosphere was wonderful. I was asked if I'd care for tea/water/coffee twice before I even sat down. I love it here. Expensive and bad attitude from the “stylist†The lady didn't even use a curling iron on my hair when I came in specifically to get my hair curled. She used some “curling†machine and it definitely didn't work. Plus it's something you would use at home if you didn't know how to use a curling iron. Also, she kept insulting me regarding the need for a trim. Awful experience!! I went home and washed my hair and did it myself. The gal at the reception desk was very sweet and was able to get me last minute, but now I see why!
