Over the last several months working with Dr. Jena I have experienced major decreases in fatigue, brain fog, joint pain, and migraines. This has been a great investment in my health and I am so pleased with the multifaceted care and results.
As a female entrepreneur, I needed a reset for my organs. My adrenals were fried after years of anxiety and over-functioning. Dr. Jena set me up with a 6-month plan to reset and rebuild my overall health. She did a full-body assessment which led to solid goals and treatment focus. That included full-body scans, supplements, chiropractic adjustments, and using the sauna. I thoroughly appreciate Dr. Jena and her approach. I would highly recommend her to any person, but especially an adult female who could use functional health support!

She listens intently to my needs and concerns to work toward our common goals of pain relief, alignment and overall wellness. Even recommending supplements to encourage overall progress.
