We really want to thank the team at Bayview flooring. We had purchased pet friendly carpet and of course our two year lab got into something and were unable to get the stains out. Our salesman Jason Harris took care of all paperwork was able to get the carpet replaced. They stood behind the warranty! We had a wonderful surprise when the installers came (Kevin and James). We have known Kevin for a very long time. They did a wonderful job and were very efficient. I’m really hoping they are able to install the second part of the job. We also hav3 known Jason for a very long time and knew he would take good care of us and he did!
