Recently had a facial here. Karmen did an excellent job - professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. Locker room area is nicely appointed. Prices here are very high as one would expect at a high end resort, so it was surprising that the spa lounge area was quite tired and dingy - couch cushions were actually dirty. Doesn’t take much to steam clean or simply replace upholstered cushions! Took 30 minutes for someone to take a beverage order. So, though I was pleased with my actual spa service, have mixed feelings about the overall experience, ambiance and value.
We booked a private retreat here at crystal mountain and our two massage therapists, Lauren and Sara were absolutely amazing. We 10/10 recommend them. They were informative, kind, and respectful during our stay. Every dime was worth it.
I had the best massage experience of my life! My masseuse was Lauren, and she set an all new benchmark for quality and performance. I’ve never paid such a high tip, but she earned every penny!! Ask for Lauren.
