Recently had a facial here. Karmen did an excellent job - professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. Locker room area is nicely appointed. Prices here are very high as one would expect at a high end resort, so it was surprising that the spa lounge area was quite tired and dingy - couch cushions were actually dirty. Doesn’t take much to steam clean or simply replace upholstered cushions! Took 30 minutes for someone to take a beverage order. So, though I was pleased with my actual spa service, have mixed feelings about the overall experience, ambiance and value.
