“I found that the furnace was shutting off within ten minutes of running my AC at a property I manage in Toledo. I'm based in Detroit so finding a reliable company was very important to me as I would need to travel over an hour to meet the technician onsite.

The technician Shamy sent out, George, was not only on time he also called/texted ahead of time to give me an eta as I requested when I scheduled the appointment. This may seem small but if you manage multiple properties and work with a large amount of contractors you know this is essential to planning your day.

George performed a very thorough inspection on my HVAC system and was polite, professional and very courteous on top of being very knowledgable. He has me up and running in a short time and did everything possible to make sure the service was affordable while explaining every step he was taking.
