Outstanding service and professionalism. Also friendly and courteous. The transformation the new floor in our 1950’s era Royal Oak home basement has made is miraculous!

I hired a separate service to remove the old asbestos tile.

Spiro and Sam then came in and ground the old mastic adhesive, filled in any holes from old wall anchors that had been removed, and then laid down a base coat to seal and encapsulate the remaining mastic.

They came back the next day and made it snow with the multicolored flakes which laid atop the base coat from the day before. The texture looked really cool and also conceals lingering floor imperfections.

I am so happy with our basement floor that I am already planning on calling Xtreme Flooring for additional projects. From my very first call, quote and flexibility with scheduling, I was very impressed with how easy it was to work with Jennifer. She and Justin were meticulous and professional from start to finish and I know if I had any concerns they would address them pronto.
