In that short time, the staff scheduled our future appointments, updated me on how the girls were doing, gave us a referral for an orthodontist, and checked us out—all before the girls were done. Both left with no cavities, big smiles, and rave reviews of their own. They especially love the fun toothpaste flavor options and prize tokens. The hygienists and dentists are wonderful, and it’s clear they truly care about their patients. We’re so happy to have found this office!”“

“I have very bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist, due to a great deal of issues with my teeth. I have in the past been treated poorly, and told my anxiety is unnecessary and my pain was not real. My teeth are super crowded and my gums hurt a lot all the time, basic oral hygiene is painful no matter what I do, going to the dentist was not an option as every time I went my problems got worse instead of better. Sunday night I woke up in the middle of the night with a horrible toothache and I knew I was going to have to find a dentist. I called around and was referred here by a coworker of my husband. I felt no pressure at all, and finally feel like I can get the dental care that I need.“

“I suffer from an autoimmune disease, along with some other health issues and unfortunately it’s caused my teeth to become weaker :( and one of my front teeth ended up getting chipped a few days prior. It wasn’t noticeable but it was to me, so I started looking into different dentists that could get me an appointment fast and Oakcrest showed up. And I’m so happy they did, because Dr. Rayes is a phenomenal dentist!! I had my consult with her on Friday and she repaired my tooth this morning. She is extremely professional, kind and very gentle. “My family and I were patients of Dr Polisuk 40 plus years. We saw him as an extension of our family. My husband. Kids.and other family members followed. I would never have left him if it weren't for Medicare. Dr Steve's the best dentist ever and Kathy and his staff were always very loving and personable. Issues were resolved quickly. Whatever and whenever I needed Dr Steve would accommodate, even coming into the office on his off time for emergencies. I had his home number and I could leave a message and he would personally respond quickly. No automation, personal human contact which is what is lacking in our society. Great Customer Service skills. By far one of the best business/feel like family relationships I have experienced in my 67 years on this planet.
