“I have been a patient of Dr. Jackson’s since he started practicing dentistry 45 years ago. I am the first patient he implanted an artificial tooth in. It has never needed replacement. Dr. Jackson is a very patient person, fast, and reliable. He is the dentist you want working on your teeth. His numbing medication takes effect quickly, and your procedure will be completed in a timely fashion. I hope he continues practicing dentistry, but Father Time is not going to stop. I cannot believe he’s 73 years old. I recently had three cavities filled by Dr. Jackson. As usual, he did an excellent job.“

“My family and I were patients of Dr Polisuk 40 plus years. We saw him as an extension of our family. My husband. Kids.and other family members followed. I would never have left him if it weren't for Medicare. Dr Steve's the best dentist ever and Kathy and his staff were always very loving and personable. Issues were resolved quickly. Whatever and whenever I needed Dr Steve would accommodate, even coming into the office on his off time for emergencies. I had his home number and I could leave a message and he would personally respond quickly. No automation, personal human contact which is what is lacking in our society. Great Customer Service skills. By far one of the best business/feel like family relationships I have experienced in my 67 years on this planet. God bless these people for the love care and concern for mankind. I highly recommend this office. I miss their beautiful faces.“

This was demonstrated when I took my son to see her after a traumatic incident that involved the fracturing of a couple teeth. She explained the situation to me and what to expect in the future. “This place is AMAZING!! My kiddo is non-verbal autistic, I was extremely nervous to take her to a dentist at all- let alone for the first time. I didn’t know how she’d cooperate, if they’d be able to get anything done because of sensory issues and intolerance, I was afraid of long wait times because she has a hard time sitting in one spot for a long period of time. We got right in, the office noise didn’t bother my girl at all, they were so patient and kind and did so many things to redirect her in order to take a look at her teeth and clean them. The hygienist’s daughter is also autistic and I felt so seen speaking with her and knowing that someone who knows exactly what our life is like and loves someone at home like my daughter reassured me immensely that my girl would be well taken care of and be treated with kindness and understanding. We had such an amazing experience here, we picked our daughter up from ABA therapy and told another mom who had just had a horrible experience with her autistic son at another dentist about kids first and then also gave the information to the BCBA’s and management staff at the ABA center we go to, and told them about how wonderful our experience was here so that other autism moms could bring their babies here without the anxiety I had and know that they won’t be creating a traumatizing experience for their kiddo that sees the world differently. ❤️ I’m so so glad we chose kids first pediatric dentistry!“

It wasn’t noticeable but it was to me, so I started looking into different dentists that could get me an appointment fast and Oakcrest showed up. And I’m so happy they did, because Dr. Rayes is a phenomenal dentist!! I had my consult with her on Friday and she repaired my tooth this morning. She is extremely professional, kind and very gentle. “I have very bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist, due to a great deal of issues with my teeth. I have in the past been treated poorly, and told my anxiety is unnecessary and my pain was not real.
