I had Sherman Heating and Cooling install a new furnace and air conditioner in 2008. The furnace has failed, when I called to ask if the failed part was under warranty the secretary told me my record was probably in an old system. She called the next day to tell me she couldn't find any records of my installation (over $5000 worth ). My children and grandchildren live in my house with me. We have been without heat for a month, using electric heaters while we waited for Sherman crews to show up. They finally showed, verified that the failed part was indeed under warranty and ordered a replacement part. We called and asked when they would return, after two weeks of waiting...read full review
