Alex and his crew are true professionals and do a great job in making our lawn look great and our driveway plowed and salted. He responds quickly to requests or questions. We highly recommend them.
Trevor and his team are wonderful! They worked on our home when we added two bathrooms and a laundry room. We were so pleased with their work that we recently had them add lighting in our kitchen and an extra plug in the utility room. Trevor and his team were prompt, knowledgeable and did an amazing job. Timely, conscientious, quality service ... This is the second time the Diversified Carpet Cleaning team has cleaned carpets for me. The first time was to clean a gift carpet for me. The previous owners had dogs. The carpet was a room-sized sculpted carpet. This time Diversified returned a dingy greyed shag rug back to its bright white fluffy best. Truly, they exceeded my expectations. Additionally, they worked with me to return the rug to me in time to get on the moving truck, so that I didn't have to lug it up 2 flights of stairs. And it's so easy to drop off carpets at their location in Leelanau County—no need to battle TC traffic, find parking or drag the carpet long distances. They are so committed to quality service and grateful for your business that they write you a thank you note!

I had my first massage with Dawn today and it.was.amazing. I’ve had hundreds of massages, literally all over the world (it’s my favorite “me-time” activity, especially on vacation), and her’s was one of the best massages I have ever had!
