I strongly recommend Wild Juniper Nursery. With an excited, inquisitive puppy and a fence she could easily jump if the right distraction strolled by, I called in early spring with only a small idea of what I wanted and a tiny budget to do it. Tom spent substantial time on the phone with me sharing multiple options and helping me to narrow in on which trees would work best with my yard, puppy/privacy needs and budget. His questions were probative and his recommendations were geared toward saving me money. When I visited the nursery for their spring juniper sale, the Wild Juniper staff were helpful in directing me to what I was looking for, how to choose my trees, and arranging for a later pick-up. I will definitely use Wild Juniper Nursery again for future tree and plant needs.
These people are fantastic. I would recommend and use again. 110%. I work from home and was not inconvenience because they came directly to me. Easy to communicate with through FB platform. Set a time and when they arrived the Mechanic went straight to work quickly but methodically finding the problem. Done. No worries. And unlike the dealerships and independent garages I still have the shirt on my back. Wonderful and friendly company!

I couldn’t be happier with Wiggle Butts and Waggin’ Tails. My dogs are genuinely excited to go there, and Tori does a great job of caring for your animals. She even remembered feeding instructions from my previous visit. I also love the exit bath option! I feel comfortable and relaxed when I leave my dogs with Tori and I’m not stressed or worried at all which is so important when boarding your pets. I would highly recommend Wiggle Butts and Waggin’ Tails for your pet care!

We had our furnace repaired by Lemcool's Heating and Cooling just over a month ago, and recently experienced an issue with it. The owner himself came out right away, even though we knew they were already booked for the day, to make sure everything was taken care of and that we were completely satisfied.
While he was here, he spoke very highly of the technician who had originally worked on our furnace. He told us he was a great young man who always does his best, and he didn't want us to think poorly of him because of what happened. We never did—the first technician was friendly, professional, and helpful while he was in our home. But hearing the owner speak so highly of one of his employees really stood out to us. It showed the kind of respect and support he has for his staff, and we absolutely loved seeing that.
At the end of the day, everyone is human, and nobody gets everything right 100% of the time. What really matters is how a company responds when something doesn't go as planned. Lemcool's handled the situation better than we could have hoped for. They stood behind their work, made things right without hesitation, and treated us with kindness and respect throughout the entire process.
