First guy came out, was courteous. Figured out the issue, then another guy, a maintenance supervisor came out. He was very knowledgeable, fixed the problem without a costly repair but we bought another system to be more efficient anyway. After some issues with a different service company, I called Burkett. The dispatch/call person was great, scheduled the appointment for me and had someone out in a reasonable amount of time. Turned out there were no real issues with the system (though the other service company said there were), just needed to adjust a couple things (and I needed to learn a couple things about the system). All in total the service rep was excellent, answered all my questions, educated me on some aspects that were unclear and I was up and running in 15 minutes. GREAT experience. Thank you!!!

When I turned on the air conditioner for the first time this year I received an error message on my Nest thermostat. Burkett was listed as a servicer on NestPro and had the best ratings so I made an appointment. Cody and his sidekick arrived and diagnosed the problem quickly. A mouse had entered the outdoors portion of the unit and chewed through a wire (and the dead mouse was in the unit). They made the repair, cleaned up the unit and were done in about 30 minutes. Very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend Burkett and will use them again when needed.
