I've never come across an individual such as this that lacks professionalism, interpersonal skills, punctuality and integrity. You promote a business where you get rid of mold but when it comes to your own rental property that has black and green mold in the bathroom window sill you tell your tenants to save their pictures for court, instead of being a decent human being and resolve the problem. You should be ashamed of this derelict cockroach infested property you've rented out. Truly disgusting to take advantage of the elderly, disabled and low income tenants you have there.
