The service was prompt, professional, and well organized. The technicians carefully inspected the affected areas and explained what needed to be done before beginning the restoration. They worked efficiently and left the area much cleaner and safer than when they arrived.
I honestly thought the technician was overselling it when he said our “small” leak near Troy could lead to hidden mold behind the wall. Sounded like a scare tactic to upsell more services. Then he cut a small inspection hole and showed me the beginnings of mold growth I never would have known was there. Not exaggerating at all, turns out. Glad he caught it early.
