The quality of their work is top‑notch, and they worked tirelessly to finish the project ahead of schedule without cutting corners. The company was professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Their communication was great, and their craftsmanship was excellent. They delivered everything on time and at an affordable cost. KD Building Company is big enough for major work but small enough to take care of you like a family. The company restored a fire‑damaged rental property in MI, choosing appliances, carpet, quartz, cabinets, and upgrading the garage floor. They never charged extra cost and reduced money when possible. They are highly recommended.

It's hard to handle construction companies when you are out of state like me.
Kamil made almost everything easy for me, from choosing appliances,Carpet,Quartz,cabinets to upgrading the garage floor, and many more with very reasonable costs.
He never charged me any extra $$ he used his time for an additional job.
He reduced $$ for some job was not necessary to get it done though it was in the written contract.Typically, construction company like to take money out of your pocket as much as they can.
