You absolutely have to recognize when a company stands behind their products. I bought a home that had one of MMI‘s patio French doors installed. The door threshold had broken, and although their doors are sold at Home Depot and Lowe’s, those retail outlets didn’t have replacements. I contacted the company for some guidance on where I could find a new threshold. Instead of sending me on wild goose chases, they sent me a new replacement threshold.
