The friendly staff was great, and handled the overwhelming amount of customers very well considering there are only 2 photographers. Unfortunately it is 2023 and people havent gotten any smarter and fail to realize the simple fact that only 2 photographers have to take their time if you want nice photos, Simple concept people...As a result we had an hour and 20 wait, and although it wasnt anticipated, it was very well worth it. Shout out to Meghan our photographer, she's a great person and an EXCEPTIONAL photographer as well. Keep up the good work ladies

I love this store. One of the last real department stores left. It's a nice change from the usual online shopping routine. And to think, not that long ago, this is how we shopped for everything.

I would recommend this store, I love JCPenney I've been shopping there for many years. Good sales and good prices. You'll definitely find something there. I did a little Christmas shopping also.
