From the moment I walked in, Shannon was extremely helpful, welcoming, and genuinely kind. She helped me pick out a beautiful fragrance for my sister’s birthday, and she also helped me find one of my favorite perfumes that I couldn’t remember the name of. I described the bottle to her, and she immediately knew exactly what I was looking for… Jimmy Choo!
She was so delighted to help me, and her energy was truly refreshing.

I do doordash. As I know nothing about makeup. Ulta employees are always so helpful. I don't have trouble finding someone to help and there always willing. Great store l, really great employees.
