“Small business at its finest! I definitely LOVE the office, as my first visit was a few weeks ago. I walked in this morning for adjustments and they adjusted all of my glasses and they are sending my newest ones back for additional coating because I'm within my 30 day window. First time I've ever had an office offer that! Very nice and supportive staff. Finally found an office that I don't feel like I'm being a bother to them!”
“Big Rapids Family Eyecare is simply the best. When we moved to the area 18 months ago, we had no idea who to trust. Dr Emily Coles came highly recommended from several sources. So we made appointments. Now, we've just finished our 2nd annual visit and boy, did we make a great choice! Dr Coles and the entire staff are so great! Friendly, knowledgeable, and so caring. They take the time to do it right from the time we walk in the door until we leave. They are kind and always smiling. We just love everything about their practice. If you're looking for a friendly, family atmosphere, where you always feel welcome... choose Big Rapids Family Eyecare. You won't be sorry. 🫶”
