“I LOVE Big Rapids Family Eyecare!! I very rarely do reviews but this one needs to be written. Dr Emily Coles is absolutely awesome…she is very professional and truly listens to your eye care concerns, while explaining what she finds so you can understand. As a new patient I was hesitant but that lasted about 30 seconds in her presence. All of the receptionists/schedulers are friendly and very helpful and Sue is the absolute best at helping you pick out frames!!”
