The lady at the front entrance was super nice and helpful to get me to the back where I needed to go.
The man in the back where the parts are is super helpful. If they don't have the part you are in need of he even will point you in the right direction.
Costumer service is top notch.

Excellent, timely service. I left a message on the weekend that our a/c wasn't working. Powell's called at 7:30 Monday morning. Bill, the service man, was here within an hour.. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and fixed the issue within 30 minutes.

These people are absolutely amazing!! Everything and anything is fixable and they have the know how!! Every time I have called, they have shown up and almost every time it's been the same day!! They have saved my butt and my furnace and my home!!
