“The lady at the front entrance was super nice and helpful to get me to the back where I needed to go.
The man in the back where the parts are is super helpful. If they don't have the part you are in need of he even will point you in the right direction.
Costumer service is top notch.”
“I had a emergency water leak situation and my regular plumber was booked solid for quite a few days.
I had seen Burford Plumbing and Heating signs around Ithaca so I took a chance to see if they were available. The 2 men were able to come immediately and had the problem figured out in no time! The employees were professional and polite.
I would recommend Burford Plumbing and Heating to anyone.”
“I had a different store deliver my dishwasher and they were supposed to install it but couldn't get it out of the spot. After I got it out they wouldn't give me another date to install it so I called Adam's and they can right over and did it and had no issues. They are so friendly and efficient. Love this place”
