My father's hot water recently started leaking badly and of course it happened to be on a Saturday. I had little hopes of having a contractor show up, but I contacted Burford Plumbing and Dylan, the Technician, showed up within the hour!! He assessed the problem and went right to work draining it and even helped with the clean-up!! He also pointed out a few other repairs that should be fixed, which I agreed with him. Dylan assured me that Burford could replace the water heater and do repairs within the next couple of weeks even though this was during Christmas and New Years. A couple of days later Dylan and Derek showed up, installed the water heater, fixed the other needed repairs and cleaned as they completed each job! They both are very knowledgeable in their field, explained in detail what they were doing and were very respectful! I do not know if Burford's has any sort of recognition achievement awards, but I really feel these two employees deserve something extra!! I would not hesitate to contact Burford Plumbing and Heating again!! Thank You Dylan and Derek for a job well done!!!
I had a emergency water leak situation and my regular plumber was booked solid for quite a few days.
I had seen Burford Plumbing and Heating signs around Ithaca so I took a chance to see if they were available. The 2 men were able to come immediately and had the problem figured out in no time! The employees were professional and polite.
