Elite Heating and Cooling is a reliable and professional HVAC company that provides prompt and efficient service. They are known for their friendly and knowledgeable technicians who quickly diagnose and resolve heating and cooling issues, often going the extra mile to offer helpful tips to their satisfied customers.
The blower motor went out on our furnace last week and of course, it's peak winter cold. I called all over trying to find someone who could come check it out and couldn't find anyone that could come the same day unless I paid after hours emergency rates. I left a message with Elite and they called back within 15 min and the owner himself came out within a couple of hours, diagnosed the problem, had the part in stock the next day, and fixed by the following day. Thanks to Elite for taking time out of their packed schedule to rescue us so that my family did not have to go without heat. I highly recommend them. Wonderful customer service, extensive knowledge, and very professional.
Our furnace stopped working Monday morning around 4 am. Left a message on elites phone. They were very prompt got to us very fast. Very pleased with there service. Thank You
