I was able to get an appointment pretty quickly, and they made me feel very beautiful and listened to my worries and settled them! (nervous bride who was getting her wedding dress altered) I would trust them with my life! My dress LOOKS beautiful and I’ll add more pics of it on my wedding day 2/14/25 but the turn around time WAS CRAZY FAST! The staff was very friendly!! “I was looking for an an embroidery shop to recreate a hat for me that was no longer in circulation. Each shop I called to inquire about this project either had a reason why they couldn't do it, or the price was much too expensive for just ONE hat. I finally came across Do U Customs officers n my search, and I was not disappointed. When I told Stacy what I wanted, she disn't bat an eye. She simply asked for the image to be put on a thumb drive, and she would have no issues putting the design on my baseball cap. Stacy did a fantastic job recreating the hat for me. It was done the same day, and the price was more than reasonable. And she's very professional and friendly! I highly recommend this shop for any embroidery projects you need done. I plan on coming back to this shop for any hats I need embroidered.“
