I have been patronizing this business for many years. They offer good cleaning and minor repairs to my wardrobe. With decent prices, I find them affordable and easily within walking distance of downtown Mount Clemens. I have received nothing but great service here and will continue to use them as my first choice for cleaning.

Been using various dry cleaning services around the country for over 40 years & this is the worst. When dropping off 3 blouses, I walked into an old, unkept store front, & had to wait a while before I was acknowledged at the front desk (I was the only person there). Having a different area code than what she was used to was a big ordeal for her. Came back to pick up items, only to wait a few minutes again (I'm still the only customer there). Had to pay BEFORE seeing my clothes. Never had to do that before, & got uncomfortable (what if I found a problem with their service harming my blouses & crediting back money to my card, etc.). I expressed my concerns, but got no response. Took an inordinate amount of time retrieving the blouses on purpose. When finally receiving my belongings, I thoroughly checked them to make sure they were ok & RAN OUT.

My first & last time going to this cleaners. ? I took my beautiful pleated white skirt here & when I picked it up ALL the pleats were gone!!!! ? They had the nerve to tell me there were no pleats in the skirt, which was the beauty of the skirt, smh. They didn't offer any type of refund whatsoever, lesson learned. They just lost what could've been a new loyal customer. #TheirLoss
