Update from previous post-Mr. Chung, the owner of H2O cleaners did the right things and resolved my dispute for a fair amount. I am glad that he did this for a customer.This is the worst dry cleaner I’ve ever been too. The owner is awful, dropped off multiple dresses combined worth over $1,000 paid in full, and went to pick them up 1 year later, actually less then 1 year later, because I forgot about them, because I was pregnant and it was not top of mind. All of the items where gone! No phone call, he has zero empathy and wouldn’t give me a refund or explanation even, Accusing me about lying that I didn’t pick them up. The front desk lady was very nice and very helpful. The seamstress was amazing . Great work very happy ! Will comeback. Dry clean service made clothes look like brand new as well!Service: Alterations

I had two different Wash/Dry/Fold/Pick Up & Delivery Services.This is by far the best service I ever had.I have two cats & there was no hair on any of my clothes.For the first time there was no strong fabric scent,as I have issues with my skin.I am so happy I found this service as they are reasonable in cost as well & would recommend them to all.
