“The test experience was amazing! Just a heads-up they only accept cash. I rushed and only managed to withdraw $100, so I was $5 short. Thankfully, the representative was understanding and allowed me to proceed (but I did go back and bring the remaining $5 make sure to have the full amount ready; they deserve it!).

The representative explained everything thoroughly. She was calm, warm, and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right away. At the same time, she was professional, consistent, and firm in a respectful way.
