I had Dee Dee as my road test instructor, and she was wonderful. She was very kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire test. She explained everything clearly, helped me feel less nervous, and treated me with respect from start to finish. Her calm and friendly attitude made the experience much more comfortable and positive. I’m very grateful for her help and would highly recommend Dee Dee to anyone taking their road test.
At first, I felt like I was wrongfully failed. Told to speed, don’t need to look both ways before turning, etc. After talking with a supervisor, everything was made correct. I was allowed to take the test again, No Charge and passed on better terms. Thank you Same Day for the opportunity….
Monica was so nice during it all, when I didn’t do something right she corrected me with manners not once was rude or disrespectful I appreciate her so much thank you once again !
