This is the second time we've used them in 9 months for mainfloor water leaks into our finished basement. We had Tony and Matt both times. Came out quite quickly .Very nice,neat, and took time to find out what we needed. Cleaned up after themselves, and returned daily to check on progress. We are very pleased with their thorough job. Hopefully ,we won't have to call them again, but we definitely recommend them.

We had water damage in our basement and they sent a team out that day. The crew was very helpful explaining the process and answering all our questions. We would use them again without any hesitation.

After a recent rain, water saturated new pad and carpet in a basement bedroom. Both a State Farm Insurance agent and a neighbor who had a positive ServiceMaster experience suggested I contact ServiceMaster.An appointment to remove the pad and extract water was scheduled asap. The technicians arrived promptly, professionally explained the process of spraying to prevent mold/removing water and efficiently took care of business. They frequently checked on progress and diligently made sure everything was satisfactory before removing equipment.I was impressed with the reasonable price charged, procedure followed to save my carpet/protect from mold and empathy expressed....read full review
