Rented the machine from Universal Rental. Does a super job. Has 2 vacuum pumps so it does a great job of sucking the water back up. Carpet looked amazing afterwards. The machine is very heavy so plan accordingly. We were beat after using it. Still overall great carpet cleaning machine.

I first called a larger, franchised carpet cleaning company and, upon arrival, the cleaners stated they could not do an adequate job for my condo on the third floor with the equipment they had. They did not charge me for the service, but the carpet still needed to be cleaned. I then called Rug Rover, and Josh assessed the job and then cleaned all the carpet well beyond expectations. Their rates are fair and they do a great job—can't ask for more than that. They will be the first place I call from now on for carpet cleaning.Service: General carpet cleaning
