“Marie is an amazing person! I’m so glad I found her.

I found her yoga & meditation practice/classes in early 2022 I believe through Facebook recommendations of events. She was offering online classes that could be taken & also count towards my continuing education (CE) for yoga teachers for Yoga Alliance (YA).

I had just graduated from yoga teacher training in 2020 & then was not able to teach, practice, or step foot in a studio. I was bummed. I started teaching in studio in December 2021 but I was also worried that I would not meet my CE credits due to how long of a lockdown there was .

Marie was offering her classes virtually & YA was accepting virtual training towards CE. The practice peeked my interest with yoga, meditation, & oracle cards with the first group of classes built around each chakra. This was perfect for what I was looking for!

The first few classes I took were met once a week via zoom where she could see that we were in proper poses, had props, & if anything needed adjustments. The class was recorded & available to us for the week forward.
We received an email with our oracle card, a little about the chakra we were on that week, the colors, fruit & veggies associated with healing foods, & the ability it represented (red, root chakra, strength, raspberries, cherries, carrots, etc).

Then listening to the class meditation to start & end, she has the most beautiful voice. It is calm, positive, & soothing to allow you to feel safe even from a distance & virtually. A guided yoga class was in the middle where you could melt into your mat & go inward with thoughts.

I’ve also taken recorded virtual classes where you can listen to the recording for the whole month & each week a new one is released. I’ve had personal issues come up during these where Marie may have extended the time to listen to one for me as well. She is very accommodating & understanding when it comes to life obstacles.

I highly recommend taking one or more courses from Marie & have also had other teachers & friends who have been interested or even taken her classes with me. It is also affordable & reasonable for all you get out of the classes.“
