Had to set for 3 hours on busy road, but the customer service was amazing. Kyle the driver deserves a raise, he went way beyond with his caring and professionalism. I will 100% refute you guys to friend and family.

Jerry’s did a great job as usual! Hit some black ice and went into the ditch. Called and they were in the scene within 20 minutes. The driver Eli is super nice and calm and efficient. Walked me through everything and made a bad night okay.

Kyle was super nice and professional. Even though I could tell he was busy and it was bitter cold, his attitude was friendly and reassuring. The fee was more than I expected, but understandable under the conditions.
