Family Fitness, Sparta, is a well equipped gym that meets the vary needs of all ages, genders, and personality types. Their rates are competitive and the equipment is well maintained. Mary, the manager, always refers to me, and most everyone, by name, and she is exceedingly pleasant and professional. She is also willing to address issues such as speaker phone calls, loud radios or rambunctious people.

I was a member here about 10-12 years ago, and ill be honest, that had been a negative experience.... HOWEVER....due to the proximity and convenience and new management that id heard great things about, i decided to ive it another try. I am extremely pleased that I did.

It is kept clean, bathroom scrubbed and sanitized regularly, new tanning bulbs, and general an overall much better experience 😀. The building is a little older, but for simple gym needs, it provides everything im looking for.

The manager is very helpful and kind and cares deeply about keeping things in good order, clean, and machines working properly. I would definitely recommend...read full review

why does no one re rack here. Gym is nice tho, and the staff is kind. A lot of equipment, some free weights, a couple showers, and apparently a couple tanning rooms, too.

Could use some fixed barbells.
