Been using them almost 20 years. They have always been reasonably priced and reasonably fast. I have probably used them 300-400 times and don't remember ever having a problem there. But no business is perfect and the couple of negative reviews here are probably just folks who unfortunately experienced a mistake. I also think that watch those people described as "rude" is probably language and cultural barrier. Just take it all with a grain of salt. They're a perfectly fine business.
I have been going here for years. The service is ALWAYS great and they always do a good job on ALL items. I have never had anything get lost in their system. Not sure how that would happen the way they number things on arrival. Give them a try.....I think you will like them !!
