I am 79 years of age. The TIDE service is excellent. My laundry and dry cleaning is outstanding. The pricing is not inexpensive but well worth it. The turn around time is phenomenal. I am quite pleased with the friendly and professional Service Jacob
I’ve been going here for a bit now but my last visit I ended up with a few broken buttons on my suit jacket. I was shocked because no one told me, but I called the location and was turned over to Ryan. He expressed the same frustration, explained why the buttons can break while dry cleaning, made the repair with better buttons than previous ones the suit, and even gave me advice on good suits to look for in the future. Quality of service was fantastic enough for me to feel like I needed to give a five star review. I will continue to use them.
When we first moved here, we tried several dry cleaners and were never fully satisfied. Either the quality was lacking or the prices were way too high. Then we found Tide Cleaners in Birmingham, and it’s been a great experience ever since. The dry cleaning quality is consistently excellent, and the pricing is very reasonable, especially if you sign up for their coupons. Those help a lot! The staff is always friendly, quick to help, and genuinely welcoming. Plus, the jar of Dum Dums at the counter is a fun little perk in your day!. If you’re looking for a reliable, high-quality cleaner at a fair price, this is the place.
