My go-to from now on! They can dry clean and have items ready for pickup in one day. The clothes are cleaned well, the staff courteous and helpful. I used to go to Rosman cleaners. I took same amount of clothing to Tide (19 items) and it was $50 cheaper than Rosman.

Edit: After posting this review they reached out to me to rectify the situation, which I greatly appreciate. That makes a big difference to me because I believe that is excellent customer service, and they shouldn't be judged based on one employee being rude. However, because of the care and concern shown toward me and my situation, I will return to Tide Cleaners in the future , and I have upgraded them to a 5.Quick turn around, clothes look fine but... they have a big sign stating if the Lions win the game, customers will receive 20% off their order within 2 days. I brought my laundry in on Sunday and picked it up today on Tuesday, and the guy wouldn't honor the 20%....read full review
