    I’ve been training with Brian at A.M. Total Being Fitness for about 12 weeks so far through a hybrid program that includes both in-person every couple or few weeks and online app exercises, and it’s been an amazing experience from start to finish. Brian’s guidance, motivation, and deep knowledge have helped me stay consistent and confident throughout my fitness journey. His workouts are always well-structured, tailored to my goals, and challenging in the best way possible.
