I had a great psych and therapists person
Case worker was at first.
But replies, check ins began to be ignored

They tell me they closing my case because I hadn't reached out to case worker in regards on appointments!!

She didn't reply to text, or calls
I left a message with the Supervisor, explaining my concern and frustration bc I had been doing my part.

Till today no response left a message a week and half ago

It's annoying bc me and my therapist had built a bond and she was awesome and helpful and psych worker was attentive and helpful

So now I'm a patient who case was closed due to one of their employees communication

Hello. Well wishes to the committed staff of Easter Seals Southfield. Hoping this communication finds its way to the Organization Administrators. To the Southfield staff, I want to thank you in advance for providing a much needed service and also encourage you to treat this job as you would want your loved ones treated, friends or family. The only reason its not a 1 star is because the guy i had was awesome. But this place overall was bad and won't go here again... had insurance issues, then I got bills in the mail with NO explanation whatsoever. Called 20 times with no answer and got 1 call back, even then they couldn't tell me why I was charged.... take me to court please.
