My Body helped my kiddo to save herself from an eating disorder. The staff were compassionate and warm while also being honest with some very hard truths we needed to face. We utilized their individual services as well as their IOP program. Two years later my kiddo is doing so well. Cannot recommend their services enough!

I recommend MyBody to anyone in my life who is in need of therapy support. I have only ever had positive, helpful experiences with Alex and MyBody. Alex has helped me immensely as a therapist. She is organized, well prepared for each session, gracious, and supportive.

MYBody was intentionally created to provide mental health services for eating disorders, addiction, mood disorders, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, & depression. Our treatment team is comprised of psychologists, social workers, counselors, yoga therapists, dietician nutritionists, & certified eating disorder specialists. We use evidence-based practices while tailoring treatment to meet the needs of individuals, couples, and families in Birmingham, Royal Oak, Bloomfield Hills, Ferndale, Rochester Hills, & Detroit. Our services include outpatient therapy, eating disorder support groups, dialectical behavior group therapy, yoga therapy, mindful meal support groups, & nutritional services. We are currently offering online therapy sessions due to COVID
