Been here in the past… called to ask a question and the receptionist hung up on me. Literally. I called back and spoke with the dr directly… poor attitude.I love my people but goodness…
I have had 2 pair of Glasses serviced at this location, trying to support minority owned businesses. However the customer service is absolutely horrible, each time I had to take my glasses back for service the customer service is the worse I will never patronize this business again, no appreciation for the customer, the owner is a very nice person, he needs to hire a better support staff.
Really enjoyed my visit a black-and-white optical everyone was so pleasant I got my eye exam and some very stylish glasses in addition I got another pair glasses because I they have an area where all the frames are one price $30 so I walked away with two pair glasses and was very happy
