Al and his team were Outstanding! Very professional! I own and operate a local residential painting company and we wanted to give one of our customers an update to their service by offering them a complimentary carpet cleaning for their newly purchased home. I called South Lyon Carpet Cleaning and even though Al was out of town he still answered my call and had me on his schedule for later that same week. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Hiring this company and interacting with Al and Mike was one of the most (if not the most) positive experiences I've had from a customer service standpoint. I would hire them again anywhere I lived and will be recommending them to everyone in need of carpet cleaning services. Al was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with tips from his many years of industry experience. Highly recommend South Lyon Carpet Cleaning. Over the years I've used other carpet cleaners. Hands down, Al and Michael have been the best!! I had a love seat and sofa cleaned as well as living room and two bedrooms. They truly are conscientious, professional, very thorough, and competitively priced.
